About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Associate Customer Success. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-value client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client needs and inquiries.
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client goals and identifying areas for process optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Lead regular check-ins, performance reviews, and engagement reporting with clients.
  • Develop tailored engagement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention.
  • Track client feedback and work with relevant teams to implement improvements.
  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in client success, account management, or customer experience roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience using CRM or client management tools.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating positive client experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in HR tech or advertising technology.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role with high-growth or startup environments.
