Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, have a passion for client interaction, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and execution of deliverables.
  • Support the end-to-end management of projects, campaigns, and events.
  • Assist in handling client meetings and communications with professionalism and clarity.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, marketing, or events (agency experience is an asset).
  • Strong understanding of event management and/or production is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, articulate, and client-friendly.
  • Comfortable with field work and attending in-person meetings within Bangalore.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for building strong client relationships.
