**Job Title:** Senior Account Manager - Client Servicing


We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage client relationships and drive satisfaction with our products and services.


The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and address client issues and concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Assist in preparing client reports and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.

**Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues and concerns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Digital marketing, social media, and online advertising knowledge is an asset.
