Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in client retention, upselling and cross-selling, and proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collections from existing clients
  • Retention and timely payment collection
  • Interactions with customers via Emails & over the phone
  • B2C client handling and follow-up calls
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a CRM Senior Executive, Customer Success Specialist or Collection Specialist
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Skilled in negotiation
