Senior Account Manager

Role: Senior Account Manager – Client Servicing

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to oversee the development of our client base and maintain high-quality service standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

  • Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and address client concerns.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve services and grow the business.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client servicing and account management.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in marketing or advertising agencies.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus.
