Cloud Support Specialist

We are seeking a talented Support Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you'll provide 24x7 support for cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the stability of environments in accordance with established procedures and best practices,
- Identify continuous process improvements,
- Drive incidents to resolution during scheduled tasks,
- Assist management with assigned projects,
- Investigate and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience,
- Intermediate to advanced Linux OS experience,
- Knowledge of multi-layered distributed application systems, including relational databases, messaging services, containerized services, and cloud services,
- Experience with real-time client solutions,
- Knowledge of deployment technologies (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache HTTP Server),
- Networking knowledge and protocols,
- Familiarity with ITIL standards and technologies,
- Ambitious and self-driven individual.
