Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Cloud Network Support Specialist.

  • Responsibilities include managing and optimizing WAN and firewall configurations for Palo Alto Prisma.
  • Implementation and support of Meraki network infrastructure is also required.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration and support of cloud-based servers in Azure, GCP, and AWS.
  • Collaboration with global teams to support network operations and DNS management is essential.
  • Maintenance of DNS entries to facilitate cloud access for developers is a key aspect of this role.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in network engineering with exposure to cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks technologies (Prisma, Start cloud manager), Meraki, and Infoblox for DNS management is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of routing, switching, and Layer 2 network configurations is required.
  • Experience working with global teams and ability to support operations across multiple time zones is essential.
