We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Revenue Generation Expert to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute business strategies to drive revenue maximization across key verticals.
  • Acquire new clients through sales and marketing efforts, focusing on mid-sized MNCs in IT/ERP staffing.
  • Develop and mentor a team of IT hiring experts to deliver high-quality staffing and recruitment services.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid and senior-level positions in IT/SAP contract hiring.
  • Manage client delivery in IT/SAP staffing and IT recruitment.
  • Sourcing candidates using job postings and other platforms to meet business needs.
  • Serve as a single point of contact (SPOC) for key client accounts.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in new client development in IT/SAP recruitment and contract staffing, with hands-on experience in sourcing candidates.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading an IT staffing or contract staffing practice.
  • Experience as a Regional/Business Head in IT staffing is preferred.
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record in maximizing revenue.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a long-term commitment and high IQ and maturity.
  • A think big approach with optimism and positivity.
  • Vision to grow big with a global focus.
  • Ability to work from home full or part-time and have no other engagement.
