About the Role
CodeStax.Ai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to spearhead our growth in India and key international markets (South East Asia, Middle East, Europe, and the US). This is a strategic role focused on expanding our cutting-edge GenAI solutions and services among corporate and SME clients.
The ideal candidate is both a visionary strategist and a hands-on executor, comfortable engaging with C-level executives to understand their core business challenges while actively driving tactical activities like pipeline development, proposal submission, and market analysis. You will play a pivotal role in establishing CodeStax.Ai as a thought leader and a go-to implementation partner, assisting the CEO and Value Centre General Managers (VCGMs) in achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Strategic Prospecting
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market scanning, executive networking, strategic partnerships, and participation in industry forums.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across key verticals, including
BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Microfinance), Government & Public Sector, Manufacturing, Healthcare,
and Technology.
- Lead the development of compelling proposals, quotations, and the timely submission of complex bids and tenders.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite leaders and key decision-makers at new and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact through the sales cycle, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and a high standard of satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador, generating interest through strategic outreach and networking.
3. Market Research & Strategic Expansion
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and sector-specific opportunities for GenAI implementation.
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans to penetrate new territories and grow market share in our primary regions.
4. Consultative & Solution-Oriented Selling
- Lead needs-based, diagnostic conversations with business leaders to uncover their most pressing challenges and map them to high-impact GenAI solutions.
- Deliver compelling client presentations and product demonstrations that position CodeStax.Ai's unique value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with our technical, product, and leadership teams to craft bespoke, value-driven offerings and winning proposals.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial discovery to negotiation, contracting, and successful handover to the delivery team.
5. Sales Planning & Internal Collaboration
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and revenue targets.
- Work in close partnership with the CEO, VCGMs, and marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless alignment in messaging, client expectations, and strategic objectives.
- Represent CodeStax.Ai at key industry events, conferences, and client briefings to build our brand and thought leadership profile.
6. Reporting, Forecasting & Performance Monitoring
- Deliver accurate and insightful sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and market intelligence to the leadership team.
- Meticulously track and report on key sales performance metrics and client engagement activities using our CRM system.
- Directly assist the CEO and VCGMs in achieving quarterly and annual revenue and partnership goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related discipline (MBA is a strong plus).
- 5+ years of experience
in enterprise business development or B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Essential:
Demonstrable experience selling cutting-edge technology services, SaaS, or complex software solutions to both large corporates and SMEs.
- Highly Desirable:
Experience selling into international markets, particularly South East Asia, the Middle East, Europe, or the US.
- Strongly Preferred:
Experience handling government, public sector, and banking bids, RFPs, and complex enterprise procurement cycles.
- Proven success in winning and managing large, strategic accounts and building relationships with C-level executives.
- Proficiency with modern CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and the MS Office/Google Suite.
