Role Description

Job Title: Event Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented sales executive to join our Events Team. The role will be responsible for generating and maximising revenues for the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities and great interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit, negotiate and generate revenues for events and conferences.
  • Interact with clients seeking banquet venue for social or corporate events.
  • Promote and acquire new businesses using various methods.
  • Develop and implement sales action plans.
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure client specifications are met.
  • Monitor client specifications to promote smooth execution and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Multitasking ability and calmness under pressure.
  • Excellent promotional ability and knowledge of marketing channels and techniques.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in events management, hospitality or similar.
  • 1-3 years of experience in banquet sales is preferred.
