Job Title: Event Marketing Manager

About This Role

This position is responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through the development and execution of comprehensive event strategies.

  • Plan and manage logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events to ensure a high-quality brand presence.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee booth design, event branding, and on-site execution to deliver cost-effective event outcomes.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery and negotiate contracts that meet business needs.
  • Measure event performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for future improvements.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in event marketing or event management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as needed.
