We are seeking a skilled Event Leadership Specialist to lead the planning and execution of impactful events that align with our mission. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering both virtual and physical events, including workshops, summits, hackathons, and community meetups, that engage our diverse audience and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and implement an annual events calendar aligned with strategic goals.">
  • Develop event formats that support career enablement, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.">
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics, budgeting, and staffing.">
  • Ensure seamless delivery of both in-person and virtual events using tools like Zoom, Hopin, or Airmeet.">
  • Build and nurture relationships with universities, corporates, NGOs, and ecosystem partners.">
  • Drive participation and engagement through creative campaigns and community outreach.">
  • Manage a team of event coordinators, interns, and volunteers.">
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, and product teams.">
  • Track KPIs such as attendance, engagement, feedback, and ROI.">
  • Prepare post-event reports and continuously improve event strategies.">

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- 5 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in EdTech, social impact, or startup ecosystems.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale events and community programs.

- Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.

">

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
