We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Marketing Specialist to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of both online and offline events. This role goes beyond event coordination it requires a strategic marketer who understands how to leverage events as a powerful channel for brand building, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive event marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Promotions & Audience Acquisition:

    Drive event awareness through digital campaigns, partnerships, social media, and email marketing. Own audience acquisition targets and optimize conversion funnels.
  • Execution & Coordination:

    Manage logistics, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of webinars, workshops, conferences, and community events.
  • Post-Event Engagement:

    Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and implement post-event nurturing strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to align messaging and ensure event success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12 years of experience in event marketing, ideally within product or EdTech environments.
  • Proven track record of managing events from a marketing lens — including strategy, promotion, and post-event engagement.
  • Experience with both online and offline events.
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Zoom, Eventbrite, or similar platforms is a plus.
