A professional with a passion for travel and exceptional customer service skills is required to lead our team in catering to high net worth (HNI) customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating personalized holiday itineraries, coordinating hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and activity arrangements to ensure a seamless travel experience.

  • Create comprehensive holiday itineraries incorporating hotels, flights, activities, and local experiences based on customer preferences and budget.
  • Manage hotel bookings, flight confirmations, activity arrangements, and other travel elements to ensure accuracy and adherence to timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with customers addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Handle customer escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build relationships with vendors hotels, airlines, local partners to secure competitive rates and high-quality service delivery.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate travel documentation ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed before departure.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.
  • Experience in managing hotel bookings, flight confirmations, and travel itineraries.
  • Strong understanding of travel products and services flights, hotels, activities, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to problem-solve and handle customer escalations professionally.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Passion for travel and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
