Job Title: Mining Operations Specialist

At the heart of every mining operation is a team of skilled professionals who ensure the safe and efficient extraction of minerals. As a Mining Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in this process by overseeing the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual returns as per the Vocational Training Rules, 1966.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will also be responsible for creating candidate lists for initial/refresher training and imparting practical training to employees. Additionally, they will need to match training schedules with production plans to ensure 100% training compliance without affecting production.

One of the key responsibilities of this role is to update all forms, annexures, and training records as per MVTR-1966. This will involve maintaining accurate records of training and sending reports to the relevant authorities at the end of every quarter/year. The successful candidate will also need to ensure 100% compliance with safety standards and recommendations, participating in safety training, sub-committees, and standard champions meetings as required.

Furthermore, they will be responsible for preparing MIS reports and updating QCDIP & LCM. This will involve analyzing data and identifying trends to inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will also need to be familiar with IMS and other system requirements and documents for non-conformity during internal/external audits or assessments.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a First Class Mining Certificate and fluency in Telugu and Hindi languages. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare candidate lists for initial/refresher training and impart practical training
