Event Operations Specialist

The Event Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless execution of events and activities on the ground.
This individual oversees the operational aspects of field operations, reporting directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with senior management to receive instructions and execute them accordingly.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure their timely presence at event venues.
- Ensure adherence to operational protocols, including wearing identification tags and using communication devices.
- Manage logistics for the team, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and vendor management.
- Submit equipment requisitions in advance and maintain an active database of vendors and equipment rentals.
- Supervise field operations, ensure adherence to guidelines, and facilitate equipment testing.
- Manage petty cash, update financial information, and create detailed reports based on existing templates.
Requirements:
- Act as a point of contact for daily reporting from the event location.
- Update and report skills proficiency.
- Proficient in English and local languages.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
