Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of the cold zone finishing process, ensuring adherence to established procedures and standards.
  • Utilize SAP and other IT-related applications to monitor and control operations, ensuring accurate data recording and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify potential issues.
  • Analyze processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as necessary to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, resolving conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Demonstrate a global mindset and commercial acumen, understanding the wider business context and making decisions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related industry.
