Customer Support Specialist

The SNAP Inventures team is seeking an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our sales and customer engagement efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage high-volume phone calls.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, identifying customer needs, and building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. You will provide accurate information, meet sales targets, and handle customer complaints in a timely manner.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing solutions that meet their expectations. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively engage with customers, address their concerns, and provide support as needed.
Responsibilities- Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Generate sales leads by proactively engaging with customers and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Assess customer needs, providing personalized solutions that meet their expectations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through effective communication.
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas, contributing to the overall success of the team.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong customer service background, with experience in managing high-volume phone calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and call handling quotas.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from $17,500 to $20,000 per year, depending on your skillset and experience. This role is a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement based on performance and business needs.
