
Lead Institutional Relationship Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to acquire and nurture institutional clients across the region. This role requires a professional who can work closely with the Branch Banking team to develop sales opportunities, drive growth, and achieve assigned targets.
- Client Acquisition & Nurturing: Acquire and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including trusts, associations, clubs, societies, and government bodies.
- Business Development: Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities within your assigned region.
- Portfolio Management: Acquire CASA (Current Accounts & Saving Accounts), Term Deposits, and manage the relationship value of existing customers.
- Proactive Solutions: Leverage existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive banking solutions.
- Customer Service & Advisory: Handle service requirements and manage investment portfolios of customers.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Banking team to develop sales and acquisition opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Achieve assigned top-line and CASA numbers and values.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in acquiring and nurturing institutional clients.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Expertise in acquiring CASA and Term Deposits.
- Ability to provide proactive banking solutions and manage customer investment portfolios.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
