Key Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to acquire and nurture institutional clients across the region. This role requires a professional who can work closely with the Branch Banking team to develop sales opportunities, drive growth, and achieve assigned targets.

  • Client Acquisition & Nurturing: Acquire and maintain relationships with institutional clients, including trusts, associations, clubs, societies, and government bodies.
  • Business Development: Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities within your assigned region.
  • Portfolio Management: Acquire CASA (Current Accounts & Saving Accounts), Term Deposits, and manage the relationship value of existing customers.
  • Proactive Solutions: Leverage existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive banking solutions.
  • Customer Service & Advisory: Handle service requirements and manage investment portfolios of customers.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Branch Banking team to develop sales and acquisition opportunities.
  • Target Achievement: Achieve assigned top-line and CASA numbers and values.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in acquiring and nurturing institutional clients.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
  • Expertise in acquiring CASA and Term Deposits.
  • Ability to provide proactive banking solutions and manage customer investment portfolios.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal teams.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
