About the RoleThis position involves taking ownership of assigned coworking space and achieving monthly sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating, and closing seats. The successful candidate will also be responsible for expanding existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue, maintaining CRM hygiene for precise tracking and follow-ups, liaising with operations team to resolve client issues within given TAT, staying updated on competitor activities, launches, pricing, and the current coworking industry scenario, and providing exceptional after-sales support to retain existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Taking ownership of assigned coworking space and achieving monthly sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating, and closing seats
- Expanding existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue
- Maintaining CRM hygiene for precise tracking and follow-ups
- Liaising with operations team to resolve client issues within given TAT
- Staying updated on competitor activities, launches, pricing, and the current coworking industry scenario

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, real estate, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in Corporate Sales in Hospitality Background (preferably)
- Proven customer account management skills and thorough knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication and convincing abilities
- Preferred experience in the commercial Real Estate Industry
- Able to build relationships with young startups, SMEs, corporates
