Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee and deliver consulting assignments through hospitality, tourism, and leisure in the GCC region.

  • A key responsibility of this role is to define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field is required (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors, is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms is required.
