Job Title: Project Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to work closely with senior project managers in ensuring seamless coordination and execution of industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior project managers by preparing reports, charts, and project documentation.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate design and engineering between different disciplines and perform clash checks for PEB, civil works, piping, ducts, and openings.
  • Prepare preliminary schedules, bar charts, catch-up plans, and look-ahead schedules.
  • Assist in cost estimating, tendering processes, and tender documentation.
  • Expedite and follow up on submissions, resolving bottlenecks proactively.
  • Track and report potential or actual project conflicts to the project manager.
  • Expedite resolutions for queries during the execution stage.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action points.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E.) or Master's in Construction/Project Management (M. Tech in CPM).
  • 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management within consultancy or construction organizations.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in industrial construction projects.
  • Basic understanding of cost estimation, tendering, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in preparing schedules, bar charts, and project tracking tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities to remove bottlenecks and expedite progress.
