Job Title: Expert Delay Analyst – Construction Claims

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our team, specializing in complex engineering and construction disputes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules using Primavera P6 and conducting detailed forensic delay analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Forensic Delay Analysis: Conduct detailed forensic delay analysis to identify and substantiate delayed events, disruptions, and variations impacting the critical path.
  • Claim Preparation: Prepare comprehensive EOT, disruption, prolongation, and quantum-related claims in line with contractual requirements.
  • Cost Analysis and Financial Evaluations: Assist in cost analysis, quantity surveying, financial assessments, and evaluation of claims.
  • Contract Negotiation and Risk Assessment: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, advising on risks, obligations, and entitlements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Additional qualifications in Arbitration, or Delay Analysis are preferred.
  • Experience: 7-9 yrs of extensive experience in construction claims, arbitration, dispute resolution, and contract management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Delay Analysis/EOT, Critical Path Method (CPM), Planning & Scheduling Tools (Primavera P6, MS Project), and Forensic Planning.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
