Expert Customer Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Expert to join our team.
- This role involves addressing customer issues, guiding customers on product usage, and working closely with internal teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot customer issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers on product usage.
- Handle customer data import/export from production systems.
- Ensure accurate updates of customer data in production systems.
- Process confidential information according to guidelines.
- Develop product content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate reports from multiple systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product customer support.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
- Able to translate business requirements into non-technical terms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong customer-relationship skills.
