Job Title:

Site Manager - Civil Engineering

Lead a team of civil engineers to manage construction projects from initiation to completion.

About the Role:

The Site Manager will oversee multiple construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. He/She will be responsible for managing a team of site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, and execution.
  • Oversee site safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Develop and implement plans for resource allocation, risk management, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, designers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
  • Ensure that all projects meet the required quality standards and are delivered to the customer on time.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute site-specific events, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, meeting deadlines, and achieving quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
