Sales Support
  • Listen to sales call recordings and extract relevant client data for profiling purposes.
  • Ensure that sales call recordings can be effectively used for future sales training and reference.
  • Assist in preparing reports based on completed data entry tasks and CRM updates.
Communication and Reporting
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to gather additional information as required.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting on completed tasks and data profiling activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 0–1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative role. Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) or quick technology learner.
    • Comfortable with internet research and data collection from various online sources
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to research independently and find information to complete data profiles.

Estimated Salary: ₹ 250,000 - ₹ 400,000 per annum
