We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless customer interactions.Job DescriptionWe are world leaders in control solutions for air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating, as well as systems for humidification and adiabatic cooling. Our products guarantee high performance, are energy efficient, and environmentally sustainable.

This position involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing timely solutions, and driving customer satisfaction.
