Key Account Manager Position

The successful Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering business value to clients, leveraging strong project management, client engagement, and business development skills. As the primary point of contact, this individual will be responsible for ensuring value delivery and long-term partnership growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business goals and align solutions to drive measurable value.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects/programs for assigned clients.
  • Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and consultants to resolve issues.
  • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalate when needed.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling IT services or solutions.
  • Support proposal creation, RFP responses, and contract renewals.
  • Work with sales/pre-sales teams to drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • Manage client stakeholders at CXO and operational levels.
  • Coordinate internal teams (delivery, support, sales, finance) for seamless execution.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to project teams.
  • Conduct regular status reviews and governance meetings with clients.
  • Track KPIs, SLAs, and engagement health metrics.
  • Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and client presentations.
