We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Web Cue. As a key member of our affiliate marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing Pay-Per-Call campaigns on Google Ads.

About the Role:
In this role, you will identify high-intent keywords, audiences, and geo-targeting strategies for call-driven conversions. You will also manage bidding strategies to ensure optimal Cost Per Call (CPC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Additionally, you will implement and manage call tracking solutions, monitor and analyze campaign performance, and stay updated with Google Ads policies for Pay-Per-Call compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and optimize Pay-Per-Call campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
* Identify high-intent keywords, audiences, and geo-targeting strategies for call-driven conversions
* Manage bidding strategies to ensure optimal Cost Per Call (CPC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
* Implement and manage call tracking solutions (e.g., CallRail, Ringba, Invoca)
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize lead quality
* Stay updated with Google Ads policies for Pay-Per-Call compliance
* Collaborate with affiliate networks, advertisers, and call buyers to ensure lead quality

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience managing Pay-Per-Call campaigns on Google Ads
* Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Call-Only Ads
* Hands-on experience with call tracking platforms (CallRail, Ringba, Invoca, etc.)
* Proven ability to optimize campaigns for CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rate
* Familiarity with UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics
* Experience working with affiliate networks and direct advertisers
* Ability to analyze campaign data and take action based on insights
