Key Responsibilities:
Strategic PPC Campaign Management:
Design and implement comprehensive PPC strategies to align with business goals.
Oversee all aspects of PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads).
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and expand the PPC team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team.
Advanced Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize advanced analytics to drive decision-making and campaign optimizations.
Deliver comprehensive reports on campaign performance, insights, and ROI to stakeholders.
Budget Management:
Manage substantial PPC budgets, ensuring effective allocation for maximum return on investment.
Conduct regular financial analyses and budget forecasting.
Innovation and Market Trends:
Stay ahead of the curve with PPC trends and technology.
Implement innovative strategies and tools to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other departments (e.g., SEO, content, sales) to create a unified digital marketing approach.
Ensure PPC strategies complement and enhance overall marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in PPC campaign management, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Advanced knowledge of analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and able to meet goals and set KPIs
