Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing, and will be well-versed in the eCommerce industry. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive our clients' online success while managing and mentoring a talented team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including SEO specialists, PPC experts, content creators, and social media marketers. 
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their digital marketing strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. 
  • Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions for our clients' online stores. 
  • Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant PPC channels. 
  • SEO & Content: Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic, while ensuring high-quality content production. 
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. 
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients, and adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and ROI targets. 
  • Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI for clients. 
  •  E-Commerce Focus: Apply knowledge of the eCommerce industry to optimize clients' online stores, enhance user experience, and increase sales.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, including PPC, SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Client Management: Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results that exceed expectations.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. Advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
