
Strategic Client Partnership Specialist

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in forging and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your primary responsibility will be to source, analyze, evaluate, and engage with potential clients in the SME/Mid-markets space.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting market research, data collection, and analysis of target companies/sectors to identify opportunities for deals.
- Identifying potential opportunities for deals in debt syndication, structured finance, project finance, working capital solutions, term loans, investment opportunities, M&A, etc.
- Managing the deal pipeline and creating financial models, including business plans, project plans, valuations, and other financial analyses as required.
- Preparing information memorandums/pitch books/presentations/discussion papers to present to clients.
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients, supported by analysts.
- Conducting due diligence to assess key merits and risks.
This role requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in client relationship management, market research, and financial analysis, with a proven track record of delivering results.
