Job Overview

This role involves evaluating and qualifying inbound leads based on established criteria to optimize sales performance.

  • Establish connections with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to understand their requirements and pain points.
  • Conduct initial discovery sessions to assess lead quality and readiness for the sales team.
  • Identify key decision-makers and ensure alignment with our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives for seamless lead handover.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams to refine lead qualification strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better evaluate potential customers.
Key Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales, lead evaluation, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to assess and qualify leads efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset to evaluate prospect fit.
  • Ability to handle objections and guide prospects toward suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
