Job Opportunity:

• We seek an ambitious and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our sales and technical team in North India.

• This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business development initiatives, generate leads, build strong relationships with channel partners, and develop mindshare among partners.

• As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing both the technical and commercial aspects of the sales process, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and providing periodic reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a sales and technical team in North India
  • Drive business development initiatives and generate leads
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and their end customers
  • Develop mindshare among partners and ensure consistent business growth
  • Handle both technical and commercial aspects of the sales process
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and support certification initiatives
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and provide periodic reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong zeal and confidence in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn technology and pursue relevant certifications
  • High degree of self-motivation and a target-driven approach
  • Graduate in any discipline; Technical background is a plus
  • Prior experience in IT Infrastructure, Networking, Surveillance, or Enterprise IT products is preferred
