Job Title: Business Development Lead

 

This role is responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and establish strong relationships with clients.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Development:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  1. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, solution-based sales approaches, and proactive issue resolution
  2. Pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing proposals, and delivering presentations
  • Team Collaboration:
  1. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans
  2. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Performance Monitoring:
  1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, customer acquisition rates, and customer satisfaction levels to inform business decisions and optimize strategies
  2. Conduct regular review and analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted action plans

 

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least five years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. The ability to think strategically, build strong relationships, and drive results-oriented sales initiatives are essential for success in this role.
