Job Title: Business Development Lead
This role is responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and establish strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, solution-based sales approaches, and proactive issue resolution
- Pursue new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, developing proposals, and delivering presentations
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, customer acquisition rates, and customer satisfaction levels to inform business decisions and optimize strategies
- Conduct regular review and analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted action plans
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least five years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. The ability to think strategically, build strong relationships, and drive results-oriented sales initiatives are essential for success in this role.
