
Sales Deal Closure Specialist

Job Overview
As a deal closure specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing client engagement and ensuring the successful conclusion of sales with proper documentation. This role involves working closely with various teams, including CPs, CRM professionals, and clients, to provide a seamless sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with commercial & residential real estate professionals to assist in closing referred clients.
- Present project details, USPs, pricing, and offers with clarity and conviction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and landscapes.
- Document and coordinate booking processes, preparing cost sheets and collecting necessary documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, CRM, and finance departments, for smooth execution of bookings.
- Report daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to senior management.
- Train team members on negotiation skills, objection handling, and product updates.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including walk-in rates, conversion percentages, and time-to-acceptance (TAT) for documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial and residential real estate sales is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills are essential.
- Able to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clients effectively.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and responsive under pressure.
- Proven team management experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
