Business Development Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute robust business strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage key client relationships and foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Leadership & Performance Management:
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and collective targets.
  • Drive accountability within the sales team and ensure adherence to sales processes.
Sales Execution & Business Development:
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Directly manage key accounts and complex deals to ensure successful conversion and relationship building.
Reporting & Analysis:
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and pipeline health.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. You will also be responsible for preparing and managing sales budgets to optimize resource allocation.
