Job Title: Senior Director Client Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client relationships and drive creative marketing projects. Based in Bangalore, this role demands strong communication skills, experience in advertising agencies, and an eye for detail.

  1. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business strategies, marketing goals, and day-to-day requirements.
  2. They will act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of projects.
  3. Key responsibilities include developing brand strategy, digital marketing plans, and executing timelines.
  4. The candidate will also translate client briefs into actionable work plans across digital and offline platforms.
  5. Collaboration with content and creative teams is essential to deliver engaging content and campaign creatives.
  6. The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end development process from research to final rollout.
  7. Review and edit content, artwork, and campaign messaging to ensure alignment with brand tone and objectives.
  8. Presentation of creative concepts to clients and capture feedback is also required.

Beyond these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will contribute to business expansion by identifying and pitching new potential clients.

  • A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in client servicing/account management in an advertising or marketing agency is mandatory.
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns and client relationships simultaneously is crucial.
  • Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing workflows is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Experience managing creative/content workflows and internal coordination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Bangalore market and regional sensibilities is advantageous.
  • Ability to lead client discussions with confidence and strategic insight is essential.
