Senior Engagement Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engagement Manager to lead complex, multi-stream delivery engagements with clients.

  • Drive business outcomes through matrix team management across multiple workstreams, leveraging agile/hybrid/waterfall methodologies.
  • Validate and ensure achievement of client business outcomes.
  • Manage risks proactively while identifying opportunities for additional value.
  • Coach teams and clients on delivery practices.
  • Partner with sales, support, and engineering teams for comprehensive solution delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience delivering large-scale IT consulting projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. They will also possess working experience on Agile and Project Management delivery best practices, frameworks, methodologies, and tool sets.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor, helping clients navigate their transformation journey while fostering innovation. This includes providing strategic guidance and risk management, delivering training on agile methodologies, enabling partners through framework adoption, collaborating across teams, and gathering and channeling client feedback to improve services.

The successful candidate will be an adaptable and effective leader, able to drive business outcomes while maintaining stakeholder relationships. They will also have a flair for selling and operating as a Trusted Advisor, with past experience leading development projects.
