Transformational Finance Leader

As a strategic finance professional, you will lead high-impact projects and oversee teams across geographies to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project Delivery:
    • Plan and execute end-to-end strategic finance programs such as Purchase to Pay tool implementation and process optimization initiatives.
    • Manage a globally distributed team of project managers and define project scope, success metrics, and objectives in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
    • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of key initiatives.
  • Governance & Risk Management:
    • Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks and reporting standards.
    • Monitor project progress, manage interdependencies, and address risks or delays proactively.
    • Drive effective financial tracking, resource planning, and budget management across projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership:
    • Serve as a key liaison for project sponsors and senior executive stakeholders.
    • Foster alignment across functions and geographies to ensure cohesive project execution.
    • Shape and support the broader Finance transformation agenda through strong stakeholder communication and engagement.
  • Change Management & Communication Strategy:
    • Integrate change management practices into all core initiatives.
    • Partner with the Change Management team to facilitate training, communication, and user adoption plans.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and innovation throughout the transformation journey.

The ideal candidate has experience with Shared Service/Consulting/Big Four, 10-15 years in project/program management, preferably in Finance Transformation. They should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
