Job Title: Strategic Finance Manager

About the Role:

Requirements:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:
  • A strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with experience in finance transformation and change management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Proficiency in SAP HANA and other relevant technologies, with experience in implementing process improvements and system enhancements.
  • A proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of finance best practices and industry trends.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and certifications, with experience in leading quality improvement initiatives.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) and experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
