As a Global Sales Growth Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through prospecting, qualifying leads and closing sales. We are looking for passionate sales professionals to join our team as Academic Counsellors.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Making inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers.
  2. Creating a sales pipeline and converting leads into successful transactions.
  3. Upselling and cross-selling relevant courses to students.
  4. Counselling prospects and selling various courses to meet their needs.
  5. Ensuring post-sales servicing and responding to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with strong convincing power.
  • Confident in using Google Suite applications.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people and listen actively.
  • Strong enthusiasm to drive results and achieve higher incentives each month.

Working conditions:

  • Work-from-anywhere flexibility with 5 days a week schedule (40 hours).
  • Shift: 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
  • A dynamic and supportive international team environment.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is around $50,000 per annum, depending on location and performance. This figure serves as a rough estimate and may vary based on individual circumstances.
