We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Apextion DMC UK LTD. in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing B2B sales within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prioritize business development through proactive sales calls, client visits, and effective deal closure.
  2. Coordinate with operation teams to handle queries from start to finish, ensuring seamless business growth.
  3. Drive revenue generation through strategic sales initiatives, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and expand customer base.
  5. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and road shows to foster business relationships and networking opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Requirements:
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
  3. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. A results-driven and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the value we place on our Sales Manager's expertise and dedication to driving business success.
