Bookkeeper for Franchise Businesses

Responsibilities
- Prepare daily sales summaries, net of discounts, comps, refunds, taxes, tips, and other adjustments.
- Reconcile bank/credit card/merchant accounts, including fees/chargebacks.
- Match POS sales to deposits and resolve over/short cash variances.
- 3+ years of experience in SMB or franchise bookkeeping (multi-unit strongly preferred).
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online or Xero, with hands-on experience with at least one POS system.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP basics, sales tax, payroll journal entries, and multi-state nuances.
