**Job Description:**

This role involves leading the expansion of our franchise network by identifying and engaging with companies interested in franchising opportunities. You will develop and execute a scalable strategy to drive growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Franchise Expansion Strategy: Identify high-potential sectors and regions for franchise growth, conduct competitor analysis and stay abreast of market trends.

  • Corporate Partnerships: Initiate and manage relationships with corporates, conglomerates, and B2B partners that align with our franchise growth objectives.

  • Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership and franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with business objectives.

  • Market Research & Opportunity Analysis: Develop and execute a plan to identify and engage with companies interested in franchising opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in business development, franchising, or strategic partnerships (5+ years preferred)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilities

  • Deep knowledge of franchise business models and legal frameworks

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

  • Experience working with CXOs and business owners

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

  • MBA mandate, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college
