**Job Title:** Business Development Manager – Offshore Accounting Services
**Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic business development professional who can drive international sales, generate new leads, and build long-term client relationships.
- The role will involve supporting the director in growth initiatives and partnership development, as well as managing and growing the existing client base.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify, research, and qualify prospects across CPA firms, CAANZ firms, Enrolled Agents, SMEs, and related networks.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, outreach, Upwork bidding, and other freelance platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support the Director in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Closely support the Director in growth initiatives and partnership development.
**Requirements:*
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of the accounting and outsourcing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Results-driven and able to meet targets.
