About the Company:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to drive our sales efforts in global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients across different regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential international markets and target customers.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
    • Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as online research, trade shows, and industry events.
    • Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
      • Sales and Business Development:
      • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and expand the company's market share in international markets.
      • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
      • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals.
        • Relationship Management:
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
        • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in international sales and business development, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of international sales processes, export regulations, and global market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
