Business Development & Expansion Manager

The Business Development & Expansion Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. The role includes evaluating market offerings, conducting lead generation and closure activities, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and evaluate high-potential business regions for expansion.
  • Build strong networks with competitor business owners and assess offerings by market players in the region.
  • Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive partner onboarding closures.
  • Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired partners.
  • Monitor and maintain business retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.
  • Encourage partners to adopt digital trading, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints. Ensure partners operate in strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, channel sales or partner acquisition with a strong understanding of stock broking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the Stock broking industry is a must.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and analytical and decision-making capabilities.
