Senior Growth Associate, Lead Acquisition

About the Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with a growth mindset and a passion for social media trends to lead our lead acquisition efforts.

  • Paid Digital Distribution:
    • Lead and manage all paid digital distribution channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other emerging platforms, to generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive lead acquisition strategy that includes idea creation, execution, review, and iteration to optimize performance and scale acquisition efforts.
  • Take ownership of key distribution channels, removing reliance on third-party vendors and bringing channel management in-house to ensure direct control and maximum efficiency.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance, analyze data to identify new opportunities for growth, and iterate rapidly on successful strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to provide insights into campaign performance, optimizing budget allocation to maximize ROI and achieve lead generation goals.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles with a strong focus on lead acquisition and paid media.
  • A deep understanding of paid digital distribution channels and a track record of successfully managing large-scale campaigns.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and autonomous approach to work.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • A growth hacking mindset with a history of implementing creative, scalable, and unconventional strategies.
