About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Strategist to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our services to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Buid and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and effective presentation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of market research and sales techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is ₹600,000 - ₹900,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
